How far in advance should I book a consultation?

For custom bridal or couture pieces, we recommend 3-6 months in advance. For ready-to-wear styling or alterations, 2-4 weeks is ideal. Rush orders are possible with express fees based on design complexity — just reach out to our studio team!

Do you offer international shipping?

Absolutely! We ship worldwide with insured courier services. International clients can book virtual styling sessions, and we ensure safe delivery with real-time tracking. Custom duties may apply based on destination country.

How does the custom design process work?

Our process is collaborative: 1) Initial consultation (in-person or virtual) to understand your vision, 2) Mood board & fabric selection, 3) Sketch approval, 4) First fitting with toile, 5) Final fitting & handover. We guide you through each step with transparency and creativity.

Can I bring my own fabric or inspiration?

Of course! We encourage clients to share mood boards, Pinterest ideas, or even heirloom fabrics. Our designers will incorporate your inspirations while ensuring structural integrity and modern flair. Bring your creativity — we'll make it runway-ready.

How many fittings are included?

Typically 2-3 fittings for custom couture pieces. For bridal ensembles, we include up to 3 fittings to ensure a perfect silhouette. Alteration charges apply for additional changes beyond scope.

Do you offer alterations and restyling?

Yes! Our studio provides expert alteration services — from hem adjustments to complete restyling of vintage pieces. We also offer wardrobe curation, personal shopping assistance, and red-carpet styling for special events.

Do you provide lookbook or editorial shoots?

Absolutely! We partner with top photographers and makeup artists for lookbook productions. Clients can book studio photoshoot packages to capture their custom pieces professionally — perfect for portfolios or wedding memories.

Do you offer bridal packages?

Yes! Our bridal couture package includes: custom wedding outfit + trousseau styling, groom's ensemble, mother-of-the-bride attire, and jewelry consultation. We also provide complimentary bridal trial and dedicated bridal concierge.

What are studio walk-in hours?

Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Saturday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Sunday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (by appointment recommended). We recommend booking a slot via call or WhatsApp for personalized attention.

Is there parking available at the studio?

Yes, we have dedicated parking space near Ghadi Chowk, Vijay Nagar. Valet assistance is available on request for premium clients. Our studio is wheelchair accessible as well.

Can I bring friends/family to the consultation?

Of course! We welcome you to bring up to 2 guests for moral support and second opinions. For larger groups, we recommend booking a private studio event slot to ensure a comfortable experience.
